CJ Affiliate (formally Commission Junction) for short is a very large worldwide network which to be honest is the only feature that makes it worth joining. Now for the bad points. CJ charge you for inactive accounts so if you do not earn commission for a period of time then you could be in for a fee, no other affiliate network that we are joined to does this. The interface is clumsy and dated with much of the information appearing in popup windows. Locating ad material, creatives or links is difficult and time consuming. Finally, the reporting system is hard to use and not entirely clear. Despite all of these negatives the fact that CJ is such a large affiliate network with a huge amount of merchants to choose from means that you are sure to find something that is relevant to advertise on your own site. Hopefully they will continue to address these issues and become more user orientated in the future. So even though we really dislike the way they do just about everything, it is one of those networks that you should join if you are in the affiliate marketing business or just want to earn some cash from your website. Of course, do join the higher rated ones first.
